印尼不锈钢未减产，方坯回国量大幅下降原因揭秘

背景：11月中国不锈钢进口数据出炉后，印尼不锈钢方坯回国量仅0.31万吨，环比减少12.39万吨，减幅97.6%；同比减少9.19万吨，减幅96.7%。数据一出激起千层浪，业内人士纷纷询问，数据是不是出错了，供应并没减少，为何回来降了这么多，且量几乎没有，是何缘故？

一、印尼不锈钢生产供应正常

2023年上半年，印尼象屿不锈钢产量维持低位运行，下半年产量有所恢复，目前产量稳定在8万吨左右。

据Mysteel统计，11月印尼不锈钢产量约40.78万吨，环比增加2.7%，同比增加10%。12月预计该量变动不大，仍处于40万吨水平。

从数据统计趋势看，印尼不锈钢出口中国与中国进口印尼不锈钢的数据差异上，方坯差异表现更明显，一半的月份量上出现超过50%的差异，多体现在隔月量的变动上。

三、11月印尼不锈钢发运量正常，数据差异另有他因

9月部分不锈钢方坯量集中于10月回国，造成10月国内不锈钢方坯进口量的大幅增加。11月从发运监测来看，印尼出口中国的不锈钢方坯量虽较10月大幅减少，但也实属正常发运量。

但11月国内不锈钢方坯进口印尼的量大幅下降，主要因素是到货节奏上以及数据统计时间节点出现的差异，这部分量将在12月量上有所体现。
